Frequently Asked Questions


  We offer 2 types of custom printing:
  • Thermography Raised Printing - our highest quality look - text is glossy and raised off the paper

  • Offset Flat Printing - high quality and a great price - text is non-glossy and flush with the card

    OR...print your own...
  • Blank Card Stock - same designs, but no printing - use your laser printer to print your own
We have 36 typestyles and 13 ink colors to choose from at no extra charge.

PRICING
Price includes printing, cards and plain envelopes for any design. Pricing is based on quantity and printing method. See our pricing chart for complete information.

There are no additional charges for the number of lines, typestyles or ink colors
PAYMENT INFO
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. We will also accept personal or company checks and money orders through the mail. Checks must accompany a printed order form (see our printable order form)

PLACING ORDERS
Orders can be placed on-line, by fax, phone or mailed. See our printable order form on our web site for faxing or mailing orders.

Please fill in all the required fields for your order. A complete invitation text message must be included on the order form in the text message box (or on a separate sheet if faxing/mailing). Text shown on our web site samples or on samples sent by mail are for example only. Text provided will be printed as is if no proof is requested. We recommend customers order a proof to ensure satisfaction with text layout and typestyle. We cannot be responsible for personal preferences or customer omissions/errors if no proof is ordered.
RE-ORDERS
Reorders with no changes will be given a 10% discount if placed within 3 months of original order.
REPRINTS
Customer mistakes or changes after printing will be charged the original price for reprints. We recommend customers order a proof to ensure satisfaction with text layout and typestyle. We cannot be responsible for personal preferences if no proof is ordered.
PROCESSING TIME:
Orders placed on a Saturday, Sunday or legal holiday will be processed the next business day.

If you request a fax proof, you will receive a faxed proof in 1-2 business days from the date the order was placed. Once you approve the fax proof, your order will ship within 3-4 business days. Delivery is processing time plus shipping. Follow the instructions sent with your proof to make changes or approve printing. Fax proofs are an additional $5.00 charge. After the second proof, there is an additional $5 charge per proof. Once an order is approved with changes requested, but not yet printed, a $5 charge applies. Proofs are required on orders over 300, foreign language orders & wedding sets. Please proof your order carefully. Check the spelling of all words, especially names. Review all numbers such as dates, times, etc. Also, look for any grammatical changes we may have made to your text. Once a proof is approved, it will be printed as shown on the proof regardless of differences on the actual order form, and a reprint will be at the customer's expense.

If you do not request a fax proof, your order will be shipped in approximately 3-4 business days from the date the order was placed.

If ordering blank stock, your order will be shipped within 1-2 business days.

Wedding sets and 2 color jobs require 2 extra days in production.

International orders require one extra day in production (fax proofs required on foreign language orders).

*Rush Service is available for an additional $20.00. Rush orders will be printed in two business days instead of 3-4 days. If ordering a fax proof with rush service, orders will be printed and shipped in two business days after proof approval is received.
RETURNS
We cannot refund custom printed orders. Orders that have not requested a fax proof and then request a change after printing will be charged for a new order. Correct spelling of names, places and events will be the responsibility of the customer to provide them accurately at the time of order. Blank stock can be returned unused within 30 days of purchase for a full refund minus shipping. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges.
LOGOS AND GRAPHICS
A company logo or special artwork can be included for a $30 additional charge per item. The logo/artwork will be printed in the same color as the text. We can only print in the colors we display on our web site.

If you would like the logo printed in a different color than the text, a two-color printing charge will apply (see below). Sorry, we cannot print the logo or artwork in more than one color.

Logos and artwork must first be approved by our production department before we can process the order.

Note: Logos and artwork look best when printed in the thermography raised method.

Please allow two extra days in production.
TWO COLOR PRINTING
Two color printing (2 different colors for text or a logo in one color and text in another) requires two extra days in production and has an extra charge of $80 up to 300 quantity. Over 300 quantity, the charge is 1/3 of the invitation price.
TWO SIDED PRINTING
Two sided printing (printing on the inside of a Thank You card or on the back of a single sided invitation) requires two extra days in production and has an extra charge of $80 up to 300 quantity. Over 300 quantity, the charge is 1/3 of the invitation price.
SHIPPING CHARGES
All orders within the Continental United States can be shipped either ground (approx. 4-5 business days), 2-Day (end of business day), or Next Day (end of business day). NOTE: Requests for AM delivery on 2-Day or Next Day shipments will incur higher costs than end of business day delivery.

Important: Next Day and 2-Day does not mean your order will arrive the next day or two days from the date you place your order - please allow for processing time described above. Delivery is processing time plus shipping.

If shipping internationally, a shipping quote will be obtained for your approval.
FOREIGN LANGUAGE ORDERS
We must have a fax approval before printing foreign language invitations or announcement cards.
HEBREW LANGUAGE ORDERS
We must have camera ready art to print in Hebrew.
ENVELOPE SIZES
Our envelope sizes are as follows:
5" H x 7" L, 6 1/8" H x 8 3/4" L, or 5 1/8" W x 3 5/8" L in white or off-white.
Our wedding set envelope sizes are as follows:
Outer (pearl lined)- 6" W x 8 3/16" Inner (unlined) - 5 3/4" W x 8" L
